However when finally receiving the box, it arrived partially torn, open at one end. It appeared beat-up. One end of the box was completely torn / exposing the part. The electronic item was lightly wrapped in paper while the component wasn't sealed in plastic with no label on it. The order label was in the box though. My wife and daughter expressed the same concerns. Anyway, when opening the package, the component appeared to be a used, a returned item complete with scuffs and small scratches, questioning its repairable condition? When I opened the box and saw the part. I thought, crud! I sure hope this works? My old part to have been replaced, was in better condition than the new one! Anyway, I replaced the old part with the newly shipped one. Noise problem is still there.

Shipment was okay, knowing of the North Eastern wintry snow storms delayed it 4-5 days. That didn't help anyone. That is to be expected.
