"I purchased a gasket for my refrigerator door . It was over $130, plus shipping. When I put it on, it didn't hold the door closed (and it was so badly made it tore at places). I called support, and they sent out a new one plus emailed me a postage paid return label. The new one was just as bad - I made a video of how poorly it worked. It was unusable. I asked for refund. They gave me a full refund, including shipping, within one day.
No excuses, no delays. They didn't make the gasket, they just sold it. I will definitely buy future parts from them, if needed."

"It was a dark and stormy day. The wife exclaimed that there was water in front of the washing machine. I immediately blamed the dog, Rocky, who did his best to look innocent. It happened again on the second load and I apologized to Rocky who gave me the "...I told you so..." look. Going to my favorite resource YouTube gave me the answer to the problem. I checked the washer seal and found no apparent damage but since the washer is about ten years old I immediately ordered the parts online. The parts arrived most ricky tick and I endeavored to replace the parts, but to my surprise, the wife said the washer had not leaked any more. So, being an average male of the species, I simply put the parts up and told the wife to let me know when it starts leaking again. Problem solved."

"I ordered an over part and paid for 1 day shipping. When I checked on the shipping status the following day it showed that a label was created but not picked up. When I called customer service i was informed that it must have missed being scanned. I called again at the end of the day after the order status indicated no shipping information. I was told by customer service that they would look into it. Withing 30 minutes that shipping information reappeared and the the package had been picked up. After another call the shipping charges were removed which I am grateful for."
