"This was the 2nd time the Damper Control Assembly failed on our Jennair French Door refrigerator. The 1st was handled through an extended warranty policy. I watched the repair tech, and he assured me I could do this repair myself - then told me that the assembly does have a history of repeatedly failing.
When it started to go bad again (sounds like a rattly old car with bad tappets) I found this companies video on YouTube and saw how easy it was to do. I compared the parts price on the Jennair website, ordered from AppliancePartsPros and did the repair myself in about 15 minutes. Honest company, great assistance from sales and detailed DIY videos. Thanks to all!

"8:00 am: We woke up one morning with our freezer motor not working. We watched an appliance parts pro video and knew we could handle the job.

9:40 the next morning the parts arrived and thanks to the video the job was finished by 10:00am.
