"The video explaining the assembly of the rollers was easy to follow and the actual assembly went well. However, the upper rack no longer aligns with the water source in the back. The dishwasher is unusable. We provided the model number and serial number when ordering the parts; the new parts were different from the original, but we figured the parts were updated. The original rollers were all plastic; the replacement parts were metal and plastic, making them more durable. After spending over $50.00 for the parts, we now need to buy an entire new dishwasher. That's a big waste of time and money."
