"My dishwasher is older so one of the parts (it is an upper rack front stop) was not on the website. The customer service representative gave me the "correct" part number but I was very adamant that the part did not look anything like the part I needed to replace. She said that no matter what, "we would make it work". It did not work at all and I would need to order the complete rail (to the tune of $47.00!!!) to replace the stop so that the rack rail does not separate. When I called customer service again, she gave me the part number for the back stop and not the front stop. Then she wanted me to send the part back, at MY expense. I told her that I would not do that, since I had been very specific that the part the first representative had me order was not the correct part, and it would cost me as much as I paid for the part to mail it back, with tracking. I was very insistent, so Appliance Parts Pro ended up refunding my money (it was less than $9.00) and they would send a mailer label to me to return the part, if they needed it back. So even though there was an issue, it was resolved in my favor. I would be happy to return the part if they need me to do so, but not at my expense. Plan B: I ended up using a cotter pin to be sure the rails do not come apart. Necessity is the mother of invention!"
