"The door latch for my KitchenAid dishwasher was done for. I wanted to get the new part before Mother's Day, due to company coming. I checked my order daily and every time I checked it, it said "Soon To Be Shipped". Because of that announcement on my order I worried that the part wasn't on it's way. So being in need of the part, I found it at a parts house here in town.
I called ApplianePartsPros and told them to cancel the order since it said it was still waiting to be sent out. I was told that it should be at my home by the Friday the 6th. They said there was a glitch in their system and I should have called. When in reality, they should have sent out an email to anyone who had a order that was involved in the "Glitch". I trusted the information I got online. The part got here, but I had to send it back at my cost. Hard things that shouldn't be hard or costly. Bottom line, their "Glitch" they should have paid for the return. "
