"Two operators were used to get the diagnosis and proper part. The first operator with the aid of someone in the background got it right, the symptoms fit the part and the previous customers who had the exact problem. So, when I called back the next day, a different operator was so insulting and condescending I almost gave up. Fortunately, I took notes from the first operator and ordered the right part and that fixed the problem in short order. "

"The parts arrived in a few days and everything went smoothly. The install videos were very clear. I replaced the ignitor, then the temp probe, and when that didn't solve the problem, I also replaced the control panel.
What slightly irked me was paying $24 for the control panel overlay.... a thin film of plastic. It should be included in the $110 price for the control panel. Word to the wise: don't try to reuse your original overlay. Once you peel it off, the adhesive will get all buggered up. "
