"The parts shipped were exactly as needed and arrived quickly. Their videos are excellent, including details, and cover most repairs. Their diagnoses of problems may have glitches, however; e.g. they advised I check the belts on my washer even though the part number of the washer I enquired under is beltless. They also have some IT issues on their site; e.g. my Chat window was partially obscured when I left Chat for a moment to check a part description. Also, at times, their windows don't show as one would expect while using normal mouse commands. And, speaking of Chat, they say, "Chat with a Pro," but the young women I talked to didn't seem to have ever had their hands into an old, dirty, used washer. They might be professionals in the sense of discussing which parts to use but NOT in the sense of how to disassemble and reassemble parts whose characteristics have been disabused by wear and tear. When in comes to repair work, that's the real kind of pro I want to talk with."
