"I first went to a part store that specializes in Samsung products. I already had my part #, but they didn't make it that easy. I had to start with my model #. They didn't have my model in their listing. I spent 45mins to an hour rechecking thinking I made a mistake. I realized my model wasn't there. I left their website mad, because they advertised to be a part of Samsung.
