"Good online resource...diagnosed warm fridge/cold freezer and ordered recommended parts for failed defrost system. Prices competitive and shipping cost 'real' -$25 for 2-day, I returned for $18) paid - not the usual high price of most online businesses! Further trouble shooting on their site pointed to start relay not failed defrost that was source of problem...returned all previously ordered parts and got full refund, less shipping but without usual 10-15% restocking fee. Truly a first class, real business, not a marketing junket. I will order from them in future and would recommend them without reservation to anyone else. My misdiagnosis was not their fault - and they did not penalize me for it - for which I am very thankful. They are also a tremendous information resource for appliance repairs. "
