"I needed a replacement lower rack so I put in the brand and model number of my dishwasher. What popped up, although another brand, I assumed was the equivalent of the rack I have so I ordered it. However, it is about an inch too short, and my utensil basket is too long for the utensil basket space in the new one. When I pull the rack out to put dishes in, the rack drops to the door. I have to lift up the back of the rack to get it back in dishwasher. "
"I had wierd leakage from the refrigerator that only happened at night! I would awake to a small stream running away from it. I bought the new solenoid valve, that was correctly identified and was just as shown on the video, and it stopped the leaking but I still had a problem that needed to be solved. The part wasn't that old, I only bought the fridge a few months ago! I talked to several tech's who said to check my incoming water pressure. So, I bought a guage that fit my outside water hose connection at the "big box store" and measured the pressure. During the day it was 72psi, still a little high. At night however it was over 130psi. I called the local utility and complained, then a few weeks later their water main burst. Check your home's pressure, homeowners! Good service, right part, keep those great videos coming!"

Initially Carolyn began the process of walking through the 'service mode' settings of my washer in order to begin diagnosing the problem. Without that help I was prepared to go overboard replacing parts.
After step one, Michael sent further info the narrow the needed parts. Because of the age of this washer, he was extra careful to supply the part numbers for the appropriate serial number. Parts arrived quickly with standard shipping.
Replacing the parts was simple after following instructions. Getting my 73 year old body in position to change the parts was clearly the hardest part of the procedure.
My wife's "double take look" seeing the machine back in place against the wall and operating smoothly was, as they say, 'priceless'. Thanks so very much."

This is bad due to my customer could not wait any longer and brought a new refrigerator. I lost the job to repair the refrigerator and whenever I get the part I will have send it back for a refund."
