"Over the years I've ordered several parts for microwave ovens, icemaker for refrigerator, and most recently the part that spins around on a KitchenAid Pro Mixer...and even the little bitty snap ring that I lost when taking the mixer apart following the video that AppliancePartsPros.com has on YouTube. Geez! I don't think I could ask for much more...well, how about lower shipping and handling? The $8 S&H charge on top of $8 for the snap ring was a bit much...but they have it. Amazing."

I had to figure it out myself in a very short time as my freezer door was off and I had 300 lbs of food in it.

"My LG washing machine started leaking water onto the floor. The AppliancePartsPros website listed typical problems that cause leaking in my model of washer. The #1 problem listed was a bad cold water inlet valve, and they provided a video of how to replace it. That turned out to be my problem and they provided an easy link to order a replacement OEM LG valve. Delivery was quick and replacing the valve was easy, thanks to the video. It was a perfect transaction from start to finish."
