"I ordered 1 pump, received two broken pumps, after waiting 4 weeks and awaits the arrival of another (broken one) who knows when. All of them were bad packaging - nothing wrong with shipping boxes. GE should look into these pumps. On Amazon, they promote these pumps, but even on the picture, the plastic is cracked. So much for a big company like GE ... My next washer will not be GE."
