"I was able to call a customer service representative with the model number of my dishwasher and confirm that the part I was ordering was, indeed, the correct part for my dishwasher. The part arrived before the projected delivery date, and appeared to be the correct drain pump for my Maytag Quiet Series 300 dishwasher. However, the original part was attached to the dishwasher by a flange which was not incorporated into the replacement part design. The good news is that the pump housings were interchangeable and I was able to replace the portion of the pump which had the flange from my old pump and continue with the replacement of the drain pump - which appears to have fixed my problem with the unit not draining after the wash cycle was finished. Fingers crossed.... "

"Wow! I ordered the thermal link fuse w/terminal block for my Maytag dishwasher at 4:15pm on Tues. The part came on Wed. At 10:30am. Unbelievable!
I watched Matt’s video on how to fix this part, and it was sooo helpful and easy to understand. Within 30 minutes, I had the part replaced and the problem fixed. Your company is doing a great service in so many ways.
