"When I began researching the issue with my dishwasher, a constant sound of the pump running, I watched a couple of videos to determine the failure and a couple more videos to determine the fix. APP’s instructional video was clear and concise so I knew that I could handle this repair. The valve was more expensive at APP but I felt the value was much greater from having the ability to receive tech support at no additional fee when I purchased products from APP. This is the 3rd time I have used APP. Great value doesn’t always mean low cost. "
"One roller at the right front was probably the cause of all the noise. This I believe may have been caused by occasional over=loading of the dryer . I replaced the drive belt and two front rollers as well as a through cleaning. Doing this remedied the noise while running."
