"it was difficult to find a replacement for my whirlpool dryer. the current filter does not have a part number. i searched based on serial number of the dryer. the only filters appear to be LG. i tried to ask for some guidance, however you charge for that guidance. i ordered the one that the system indicated would work with my whirlpool dryer. i received it. it does not exactly fit the dryer. it is smaller. now what do i do? not thrilled with my experience. would not recommend this company since i could not talk to a person without paying a fee."
