"I recently ordered two parts for my Kenmore model 790.95663200. Oven temperature sensor and a split element cooking element. Both were shipped and arrived very quickly. Both parts were fairly simple to install. I wish I had used small **** connectors for the sensor. The wires are very thin and the swapping if the old connector to the new sensor is a must. The cooking element wasn't to hard to install. Need to watch and read customer comments on site about swapping wires around. I was able to make a jumper wire for wire 1a so mounting the tabs in the same holes wasn't a problem. The terminal connector numbers are hard to read on the new unit so make sure you have the right ones connected to old wires."

"The only problem was I ordered a part I thought came in a set. The door on the washer needs two pin caps to repair the door and there was only one in the order. Probably a little more attention on my part would have been nice but I didn't think one small cap, in lieu of two, would cost $17 plus shipping.
Finding and ordering the part was easy along with checkout.
I have written a note to the company to attempt to solve the problem. "
