"The Bosch diswasher hose arrived in short order. It was a mistake to drive all over town looking for it in hardware storess. Even the one that sold me the dishwasher. It was quicker to get the original equipment manufacturer component and have it be a drop in replacement. :~}"

"We ordered a part on Sunday thinking it would ship on Monday because it had the "ships same day guarantee" but they didn't ship it until Tuesday. Their shipping calculator said the part would arrive on Wednesday but it arrived the following Monday. We do not recommend them."

The tracking may not have accurately reflected this if the courier did not scan the item when it was picked up. It was delivered the following Monday. It looks like you chose our Standard shipping option, which does arrive within 2 - 5 business days, and the item arrived on the fifth business day. We can typically deliver much faster, but couriers continue to be slammed because of Covid disruptions. I do apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused.

"I ordered the inside glass to the oven door,they sent me the wrong one. it cost me $12.?? to ship it back. i got the cost of the wrong glass but not the cost of the return shipping."

Very satisfied with the quick delivery.
The online video was very helpful, although the dryer was an older model and was slightly different.
Because the dryer was more than 30 years old, the electrical connector to the heating element was different and I had to modify the connector to accept a series 250 faston tab connector. The series 312 connector on the heating element is not readily available at any local electrical supply house."
