"I ordered new upper rack rollers by providing my model number I was provided the wrong part. I checked the part but was unable to assess the part recommended due unclear small illumination. Took the computer list as being correct. When the part was received it did not fit. Went to chat told the gal who responded and she said that I ordered the wrong part, true but I ordered the part I was told would fit she had the same info that I gave to the computer and she provided the correct part number. The part arrived and was easily installed. The three star rating was because your comport failed the person gets 5 stars average is three."

"The replacement video was great for replacing the ice maker and also unclogging an ice jam. I watched a lot of videos online that chipped the ice away. Definitely not the right way to do it. Your video shows how easy it is to just pull the unit out, which I did to replace it and to run water on it to clear an ice jam."
