"Based on videos bought GE control board and that did not fix warm freezer and refrig without frost. Then bought inverter board and that did not help. Repairman guesses Freon leak and recommended dumping GE Profile side by side. Samsung in order. "

"They delivered my order of washing machine parts the very next day. I had a minor problem with one of the parts, which was a rubber gasket kit that had been mis-packaged by the manufacturer. As it turned out, I didn’t need that kit anyway. Customer service was very responsive and gave me a full refund for the gasket kit without the need for me to return it. "
