"Ordered a $50 part. Got an email some days later stating my order was on "hold" because of possible fraud.
Had to call them. Waited forever.
They were suspicious because my mailing address and shipping address were different.
Like millions of Americans I live in a rural area with no home delivery of mail. This does not constitute "fraud".
After dealing with their suspicious interrogation I canceled the order. Found a better price, better service, elsewhere.
I deal with dozens of rentals and need appliance parts continually. I won't waste any more time with these losers."
