"They were super in helping me troubleshoot and identify the dishwasher part that had failed. However, I paid extra for their "standard" shipping which was supposed to get the part to me in 3 days, but it took 6 days even though it shipped the same day I ordered it. I understand that shipments are taking longer with COVID, but the part sat in Sacramento from Saturday until the following Thursday. It looks to me like FEDEX dropped the ball."
