Company doesn't stand by their return policy.

"They don't stand by their return policy.
"What can I return?
We will gladly offer a full refund minus shipping costs on products that are new and have not been installed or show signs of installation such as scuff marks. *Yes, even electrical parts that have not been installed or showing signs of installation or scuff marks.* All items must be returned in original packaging." Returned an electrical part that did not show signs of installation, no scuff marks. Paid for the shipping back. They approved the return and then they claim they threw the part away instead of issuing me a refund. Customer service as of no help. They kept the part and wouldn't even issue a partial refund. Never ordering from them again.

“I apologize for any confusion about our return policy. As you quoted, electrical parts that have not been installed are eligible for return. When a part is installed, it does scuff the terminals when the part is plugged in, even if it is only plugged in briefly. These scratches on the metal terminals are how we determine a part has been installed, and they mean that we can no longer restock and resell that part as new. You did tell our agent that the part had been installed, and when it went through inspection at our warehouse, there were scuff marks on the terminals, so the part was discarded.

However, as a courtesy because of the confusion, we have Issued you a refund. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

"I ordered 4 GE Stove top burners plates. When I placed the model # and selected the appropriate stove, 4 pictures showed up. I ordered these 4 plates. 2 different shipment arrived. 3 of the 4 parts were correct. one of the 4 parts was incorrect. Customer services told me that I have to pay for the shipping if I wanted credited to my account. The price of the part is less than $12.00 so I decided not to ship the part back since the shipping cost will be near the price of the part. I am not satisfied with this solution.

One of the 3 parts the I received was damaged . Customer service told me to send a photo of the damaged part I sent the photo and I am waiting for the promised replacement.

Parts fine, Shipping/Delivery Not as Promised

"The website said orders made before 5PM Eastern would be shipped that day and promised 2 day delivery. I ordered parts before the deadline, part of the order shipped the next day with 2 day delivery. The other part did not ship until a full 2 days after the order was made AND it got shipped by truck and took 5 days to arrive.

So, they did not perform shipping on time and did not ship the parts as promised. Parts OK, prices OK, but shipping not so much. Do what you say!

"I ordered several parts for my dryer, and portable dishwasher and received them with in a week of my order. They came in great condition and installed them the following day.
