"I ordered an icemaker and the website told me for almost a week that it was going to be shipped soon. I finally called customer service and they explained that that part was out of stock. If I would’ve known that the part was out of stock I could’ve looked elsewhere but my assumption was that it was in stock and that it was going to be shipped soon. It would be helpful in the future if you could let customers know that an item is out of stock and give them the option to wait or to look elsewhere."

"Due to the confusion caused by the labeling of the refrigerator parts, I mistakenly ordered the wrong drawer for my Whirlpool refrigerator. I had to pay almost 26 dollars in return shipping charges, added on to the nearly 11 dollars for the wrong part, and an additional 11 dollars for the correct part. Mostly my fault as I didnt see the proper listing for what I was looking for. I did however get the correct part in a very short order.
All I can say is to make the drawings a little more clear as to which part is which. All in all, I got what I needed faster than I had expected, and am satisfied."
