"i used their chat system to try and find a replacement door AND window for my parents oven. I stated that I was not knowledgeable about the items I was seeing, so I asked specifically, "I just want to make sure I am getting both, a door and a window". The representative assured me that I was, and asked if I wanted her to complete the order. I told the representative that I can place the order, and did so using the link i was provided. I told my parents that their replacement items were on the way, and they were ecstatic. Needless to say that I did not in fact get a door AND a window, only a window. I used their rma to return the item, which was on Sunday, and today is Thursday, and yes, I do understand the refund process does take time. My elderly parents are still sitting there with no oven door. If anything, I do not recommend using this company's chat feature, because to add fuel to the proverbial fire, when you call in about the rma, the representatives on the phone have no way to view the chat conversation, while I am quoting directly from the transcript, which I did get a copy of the transcript, so at least i can validate this conversation to, who, myself?... "
