"Needed parts to repair our Whirlpool Front Loading Washer. As a former government contractor I learned a long time ago that lowest price isn't always a bargain, in fact it's just plain risky. My online research into availability & pricing revealed direct Whirlpool parts require a second mortgage on a house, aftermarket parts (from China) are are lots cheaper but I have no idea where they came from, refurbished parts are cheaper but again, the quality & reliability is uncertain. AppliancePartsPros was still expensive but cheaper than ordering direct from the OEM & I've ordered through AppliancePartsPros in the past with excellent results - fast delivery, OEM parts and a very liberal return policy. I ordered my parts, received them quickly, and everything worked out well. If I have a need in the future for Whirlpool appliance parts, I'll go to AppliancePartsPros first."

"I pay full price for a replacement part and these knuckle heads decide to get the US Postal Service involved. For one or two dollars more, I could have had my part by now delivered by Fedex Ground or UPS. The selection of shipping utilizing Fedex and the US postal service is inexcusable. It is plain stupid. I ordered this part eleven days ago to repair my gas cooktop. Still no part...."
