" I ordered a heating element for a slow/no heating clothes dryer on Sunday. In stock and would ship on Monday. I subsequently discovered I didn't need the heater element. I started an online chat with Heidi. She took some information and cancelled the order. She then sent me a confirmation email. She noted that I might see a ..pending... charge on my credit card but they don't bill until they ship and that the cc charge would soon disappear. It did. I've used A.P.Pros several times and will continue to do so. I give them a 5 star rating because they earn it."

"Ordered replacement parts for the upper rack of our 2 year old Kenmore Dishwasher. Service was prompt and parts were delivered as promised. The actual installation was relatively simple (as they indicated) with the most difficult part determining the proper placement. No instructions were provided and when I went online there were two videos which both lacked a little clarity. The beauty is you can stop them, enlarge the shot and find the proper answer to a question. "
