"I fix everything myself. So i am always ordering parts online. Appliancepartspros.com has great prices and service. The parts I ordered were genuine GE parts. The only caveat is they ship FEDEX ground which is one of the slowest. It was supposed to be 2 days it took 3 because it sat in the Orlando break for over 24 hours. LOL "

"I ordered parts and paid for faster shipping only for AppliancePartsPros.com to put the order on hold because I used different billing and shipping addresses (not that uncommon, isn't it?) and to not notify me about this for almost three hours risking that this order misses the shipping deadline for today. And what did their "verification" consist of: asking me to confirm shipping and billing addresses, items ordered, and last four digits of the CC. All information that the "fraudster" they were so concerned about would have entered when ordering in the first place. Totally ridiculous.
If you want to play in the big league of fraud prevention then get your act together. How about at least a notification on the order confirmation page or an automated email going out immediately asking me to call you? And please ask yourself how you would have prevented any fraud the way you "confirmed" the legitimacy of the order."
