She was caring, efficient and knowledgeable, despite the numerous quantity of parts the company has in inventory. Since my specific part was not available, I efficiently received a return authorization form. I find the web pages to be user friendly. For the part I was looking for, there were several schematic diagrams and one could expand the view. I recommend the company for replacement parts. "
