"I watched the video presented by APP.com. Diagnostic was spot on for no washer spray pump action in KitchenAid dishwasher. Removed from under countertop, tipped DW over removed locked up spray pump motor, ordered new pump motor from Appliance Parts Pros.com. Received new motor in two days! Installed and running that afternoon. The part was available in town for fifteen dollars more, but I appreciated the video. Spent my money where the service was! Another quality product ruined by whirlpoop! Ops!!"
