"GE oven quit working after a cleaning cycle. It fried the wires to the oven iginiter and melted the connector. After some troubleshooting I called AppliancePartsPros for technical advice. The info and advice I received was somewhat limited and in the end seemed to be based more on list of frequently used parts than any troubleshooting. I replace some of the parts advised without a fix. I had GE Servce come out to diagnose and it was a gas valve electrical failure due to the heat on the wires. I then ordered a new valve from AppliancePartsPros and fixed the problem. Their prices, videos and overall service are great, but in this case, the advice was limited."
