"Ordered suspension rod kit for my 5 yr old Amana washing machine, Shipping "fee" was reasonable, tracing was almost real time from shipping to my door.First time doing this and the videos available ( including yours) were lots of help.Felt confident that my parts were not inferior after market copycats. Paid a little more for this, but well worth it. Nobody wants to do this job twice. Felt good that I could reach out to your tech support should I get into a quandry doing installation. Ran the machine this morning and quite to my surprise everything went well. Eliminated the severe shaking and noise during the spin cycle.Examined the "old" suspension rods and quite frankly did not see any difference ( nothing obvious), nor did the new ones seem to have more compression."
