"I ordered a lower rack assembly for a Maytag dishwasher. The package came in a timely manner, but one of the wheels on the rack was broken. There was absolutely no packing material in the box, so I imagine that the rack rattled around in the box during shipment. I was able to fix the wheel by gluing the pieces of the wheel together, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Please take more care when you ship parts."
