Easy to look through website, videos to show how to replace parts, help with problems and possible solutions. My Maytag washer was really noisy - like airplane engine noisy. Looked up the model and saw the top possible reasons for the noise - belt and cams - watched the accompanying repair video. Ordered the belt and cams. Arrived as expected. Watched the video as I fixed it - went quickly - was very well explained - did 12 loads of laundry that day. I am 58, 5'3" grandma and if I can do something like this anyone can.
