"I had the confidence to disassemble the washer, replace the drain pump, clean out the drain boot and replace the door boot/gasket with the help of your videos! Parts ordered were reasonably priced, arrived within 2 days. Being 60 years young, I accomplished the repairs and saved $$$ by not having to call a repairman. At times I wanted to throw in the towel but took a couple short "time outs" to regroup. My front load washer runs like new now!"

"Part was delived very timly however, the packing needs attention to detail. It was in a soft pack that was incerted in another soft pack. The inner soft pack WAS NOT sealed. As a result the part came out and one of the terminals was bent on the device. I was able to bend back in place, without damaging it to properly seat the connector. To avoid these problems kindly seat BOTH soft packs, especially the inner one to protect during shipping.
