"Site helpful in locating the 25 year old model substitute for drip pans. Process easy and prices fair market. Only disappointment was the thickness and width of pans. Had well made Jenn Air pans and difference was notable. But, this is the standard for many things.
Nonetheless, would use them again for parts."

"About 1 year ago I bought a replacement controller for the high element on the stove. It worked, kind of. There was a lot of crackling noise coming from the new part, which was not right. Customer Service was great, sent a replacement part promptly which worked fine. This year the other high element on the stove stopped working properly (element would get red-hot at mid range setting) and ordered another replacement, promptly delivered!"
