Great service

"My credit card didn't go through due to a discrepancy with my address. I received a phone call from one of their customer service reps, not an email. My item was also back ordered so they made sure that I realized that prior to placing my order. Their attention to customer service is refreshing."

Not what I expected

"I paid for Fedex shipping and the package delivery was being split between FedEx and USPS so instead of this package arriving with any other FedEx shipments at 9:00a when I receive my normal FedEx deliveries, it will arrive at 4:00 or later with the mail carrier. "

repair of maytag washer

"Went to your website and easily fond parts and ordered them and they arrived in 2 days.

My last washer a maytag lasted 25 years and I bought it used.

THIS MAYTAG IS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD AND HAS BROKEN DOWN 3 TIMES. THIS MACHINE HAS PLASTIC PARTS WHERE METAL PARTS SHOULD BE.

wrong part

"ordered wrong part. was under impression it could be used for my ice maker per review and chat. replacement was for an eight cube unit.......... mine was a six. motor was independent. mine was fixed in the door unit... not in the freezer compartment"
