"My dryer stopped heating over a week ago. After using the website to determine the problem I ordered a thermostat and some other parts just in case. I also paid for additional shipping to get the parts quicker. I ordered on a Monday, received 2 parts on Wednesday, another part Friday and after replacing those (and still not fixed) I’m now waiting on the Thermostat. So this will make 3 times I’ve had to disassemble my dryer over the past week for something that should’ve only taken once. Unacceptable service!"

The part was delivered at the time specified. My only complaint is the tracking on their site did not work and did not even inform me as to which shipping company was used. I was finally able to enter the tracking number given to me on a universal tracking site, which worked well. My previous experiences with AppliancePartsPros.com has always been good. "

"We live "out in the country", where getting repair service meant a 2 week wait for the first call, so I decided to repair myself. Thanks to Youtube, quickly disassembled and confirmed that we needed the heater element for our Kenmore clothes drier. Found it easily on Appliance Pros web site and ordered online. With a full clothes hamper and anxious spouse, opted for 3 business day delivery at an extra $25. Placed the order on a Saturday evening expecting mid-week arrival. Got the part mid-day Friday. Not happy about my extra $25. Will very likely buy parts again from Appliance Pros, but won't have the high expectation (or expense) of a promised quick delivery."
