"Washing machine had stopped agitating and spinning. After some research, we decided it was a bad clutch!! WRONG! There were other bad parts, so hubby decided we needed different parts. Ordered on a weekend (naturally) and paid big $$s to have them here in 2 days. They finally arrived and hubby, after some bloody knuckles and doing some head stands, got the machine repaired. I was about to do research on replacing the 17-year-old washer, but it now runs quietly and is once again in action. Thanks!!"
