"Picture was misleading company didn't make any effort to rectify the problem. Picture shows 2 screws for along side the product description leading me to believe for the price I was receiving a package qty. 1 of 2 screws. When informed both customer service on phone and via e-mail I was told sorry we agree it is misleading and we will fix it. You can order the second screw and pay additional shipping and handling. I won't be dealing with this vendor again. "

"I ordered parts to fix our refrigerator. I ordered a Support-C for the upper crisper drawer and two screws.
The package arrived in fairly good time, no problem there, BUT...the package contained only the two screws. The Support was marked "Backordered". Okay, but WHEN can I expect shipment of this part. If the part doesn't come, I certainly don't need the screws!!
When something is backordered, I would have appreciated some indication as to when the part might be shipped. This is the FIRST time I've ever had this happen with Appliance Parts Pro and it is a little disappointing.
