"We were concerned about an occasional small puddle about a foot in front of the refrigerator. Looking on line found a video detailing how to unclog a drain line and it appeared to be difficult, time consuming and possibly could end up being without the refrigerator for awhile or having to buy a new one. I decided to put in the Make & Model Number and AppliancePartsPros site suggested that the most probable cause was the Defrost Timer. The repair video was clear and helpful. It took us about 35 minutes to clear off one shelf and for me to take out the assembly and old timer, replace it, reattach the assembly. My wife had cleaned off the shelf while I was doing the repair and I plugged in the refrigerator and we replaced the food we had taken off. We were somewhat worried because it took some time before the refrigerator sounded like it was running again - it did and so far everything is back to normal - except we haven't experienced the puddle."
