"They had the parts I needed in stock and processed the order quickly. I was able to make the repairs I needed much cheaper than having a repairman come to my house. Total cost of repairs was about $70 (which includes expedited shipping that accounts for almost half the cost) as compared to the $90 I was quoted by a repair company just to come to my house and then I would be charged parts and labor for the actual repair. I would purchase from them again."

"The correct part arrived on time. However, there was no documentation provided. This cost me time as the part looked like the one being replaced, but was electrically different. A single sheet of paper showing the proper connections and warning that it might not match the original part would have saved me more than an hour and made me a five star customer."

"l think I would have given a 5 star rating had I received the part a little sooner. Probably my fault. Had I placed the order on a Monday I would have had it by Thursday.
