Replacement Kick Plate for Bosch Dishwasher

"I would've given my experience five starts except for the fact that when I ordered the parts, the website said they were all in stock. However, only the screws and mounting plate were delivered when promised and the packing slip said that the kick plate was back ordered. I'm on a short timeline so this was disappointing."

LG refrigerator replacement part

"I ordered a replacement crisper drawer, which arrived with a crack in the plexiglass. AppliancePartsPros agreed to send another drawer immediately, even without requesting my available pictures of the damage.

On another matter, their website is user friendly, and the parts diagrams & exploded views are helpful.

Great customer service, which is why this was not my first order and won't be my last.

A responsive company...

"A solid 5 on customer service politeness and responsiveness. A 4 on the mechanics of the overall ordering experience. Compared to other companies they are leading and a 5. My refrigerator started experiencing issues with the ice cube dispenser flap; after reading many online discussion groups; I opted to post a question to AppliancePartsPros to confirm my diagnosis and understanding. They responded to the post in 24 hours. I placed my order and had a typical experience compared to other shopping carts; search for item; add item to cart; checkout. All worked fine. I received notification (via voicemail and email) that the shipto didn't match the billto and thus the order was being held. I called an got thru to a representative within a minute or two (thats great compared to nearly every other company!!!! -- last time I called Intuit Quickbooks it took 35minutes!!) I was grilled about who I was and my identity. The rep said they had lots of fraud so were extra careful. [Here they have an opportunity to tell customers up front when checking out, that they should call customer service directly, to avoid the order from being held...this would improve service by clearly setting expectations] . I ordered both my high-voltage controller and a condenser brush and paid for expedited 2-day shipping. The condenser brush showed in 1-day up but without the controller - the real reason for the order. The packing list only stated 1 item, and provided no information about the other part. So worried that the order was screwed. I checked their website and saw a tracking number, investigate and found that only 1 package was shipped. So I I was really panicked now, and so I called . This time about a 2 minute hold. It turned out that 2 packages were sent. [AppliancePartsPro -- take a HINT.....your website should provide ALL tracking numbers!!!] The customer rep was very pleasant and quickly got me the second tracking number and gave me an update. Part showed up very late on the second business day. Days earlier I had already watched a video from someplace on the internet, so I was able to install easily. However their was no programming instructions with the part. Fortunately I'm a Boy Scout and prepared. From watching the videos, I already knew I needed to program and search online for instructions, printed them, and taped them to my refrigerator waiting for the part to show up]. I was able to program it. [AppliancePartsPro -- take a HINT.....not everyone will have found or pre-preprinted the programming instructions for the controller. They should be included with every part that requires programming.] . Finally I did get an automated feedback form...which, since I want to help others get their stuff fixed...decided to write this feedback. Cheers. Hope this helps someone else."
