Parts

"I ordered a part and some washer cleaner.. Both said they were in stock when ordered. The washer cleaner arrived but the receipt said the part was on back order.. I would have liked to know this was the case before. Like an email or call to say hey your part is actually not in stock, here's its estimated delivery date. Letting me find out via receipt of another product is unprofessional. "

Very pleased....but...

"The part did fit, but only after some troubleshooting measures and using a borescope camera to determine the drain tube to was not exactly where it needed to be for matching the matting hole that it enters. I was able to place a shim below the tube to raise it to proper location and it slid right in. So far the part appears to have resolved the severe icing ice tray issue on our Samsung refridgerator. "

Replacement Switches Not Correct

"Using the information on site, I ordered two replacement switches for my Jenn-Air stove top model C228. Your website said the part number was no longer made and that the parts I ordered, would work on my stove. But after my husband installed the new switches, as soon as he turned the power back in, the breaker would trip. We double checked the wiring and it still tripped the breaker. Tried to have an electrician come out to house today because we didn’t want to buy a new stove if there was a different problem. My husband is an engineering manager and discussed this with engineers that work for him today. One suggested to try something else tonight that required him to remove your switches. And it worked as the breaker did not trip. Conclusion was that the internal wiring on these replacement parts you sold me, were different from the original switch. So your website was incorrect in telling me these parts were the same. I don’t know if they can be returned, but that was $80 wasted. I would not recommend your company to anyone. "
