"ordered several parts for a microwave oven over the past few weeks, and at first, things appeared to be great, but then something happened which made me see these people in a new and very different light! I placed an order for a part that was according to their website, in stock and ready to ship, eight days later I called customer service to find out when I could expect it to arrive, only to be told that my order had MAGICALLY been cancelled, no phone call, no email, no anything! They then asked if I still wanted the item, so I said yes, I still want it, that's why I ordered it in the first instance. They then informed me that in the eight days since I placed my first order the price of that item had MAGICALY increased by $20.00, and they still wanted to charge me additionally for shipping, even though they had already charged my credit card account for the part and shipping on the first order, and had NOT refunded that money! customer service like that tells me they don't give a damn about anyone but themselves! sound familiar?"
