"Ordered two microswitches to repair my microwave. Each was listed at $29 and identified as the proper component for my microwave. Delivery however was expected to possibly exceed five days due to a Friday order!
In an effort to get the Microwave fixed quickly, I found and ordered two Microswitches with the same specifications and design from Amazon for six dollars!
While the service from Appliancepartspro (APP) as to disassembly and product diagrams alone, has more than once proven to be indispensable , their pricing , at least from this particular experience, is way out of line. Disappointing to say the least and when the parts did arrive a thorough check of the performance requirements versus the Amazon parts, were indeed, identical.
Fortunately, I was able to return the (APP) microswitches as they were never removed from their sealed packages.
The companies return policy is another positive but a 383% price difference for identical parts is hard to understand and forces one to question the pricing on other parts. Not a good way to foster good customer relations."

I'm so sorry for the issues you have had with your order. All the parts we carry are genuine manufactured OEM parts. There are some dealers including Amazon that sell second-hand or refurbished parts which though identical can account for the lower price. All our parts also carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Your order was placed on Friday 9/29/23, after our cut-off point of 4 PM EST. Any order placed on a Friday, after the cut-off, will not ship out until the next business day, Monday, due to the warehouses being closed over the weekend. You purchased our standard shipping which is $10.95 and comes with a shipping time frame of 3-6 business days. Your order did ship out on Monday, 10/2/23, and arrived on 10/4/23 which would place it within the shipping time frame. We also show that you did chat with two of our agents and that they assisted you with instructions on how to replace the parts and how to set up the return. We also show that you were refunded for the parts on this order and received an email letting you know about the credit on 10/17/23. Again, I apologize for your experience and if you have any questions feel free to ask.
