"I ordered two door gaskets and one freezer gasket for my Frigidaire French door/bottom freezer refrigerator. After reading several reviews I felt confident I could install the new gaskets and toss the old. No problem with the refrigerator doors; however, replacing the freezer drawer gasket didn’t go easily. It was difficult fitting the gasket onto the ridge and then when I did get properly placed, the rubber wouldn’t expand to provide the seal. Cold air escaped, froze the rubber causing it to constrict even more. I removed the new gasket and reinstalled the old one, which went very smoothly, but again I couldn’t get it to seal along the top. I tried the hairdryer, Vaseline, rubber caulking while I allowed the new gasket to sit in a warm room for 5 days. The gasket was more pliable yet still very hard to insert into its ridge. Yes, the ridge was clean. The gasket seals everywhere but the top. Service from Appliance Parts Pros was good. I received the parts I needed in a reasonable amount of time. The job just didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped."

"My Samsung Dryer stopped working. No heat. I'm subscribed to their You Tube channel, a lot of great how-to videos to watch, which is how I learned how to troubleshoot my dryer. I ordered a thermal fuse as it was reading open. I installed it but the fuse blew after one load. I called and talked to a service tech, I had a question if I should just order the heating element unit, it has all the sensors included and a new heating coil. He agreed. I ordered it, it arrived 2 days later. I installed it and it's running as advertised. Very happy with Appliance Parts Pro. Highly recommended for us DIYers. Literally, saved me hundreds of dollars! "
