Do not order from them

"I have ordered two parts from them and had problems with both. One was returned to them per tracking but they have not given me a refund yet, and it’s been over a month. The other was shipped two weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived and the tracking says it was given from FedEx to USPS, but I can’t get a USPS tracking number. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. Terrible company."

Don't buy from these people

"Microwave bracket arrived bent. Left 2 voicemails and 2 written requests for help on their website. Still haven't heard from them. Opened live chat last week and finally left the '6 minute queue' after 45 minutes. The mounting screw packet did not fit my microwave and I'm now past the 30-day refund window through no fault of my own. They do not respond and are a terrible waste of time and money."

"I ordered two hood replacement lights for 85.00 dollars. I hadn’t received them in 1 month, wrote email received 1-2 weeks later. Unfortunately, the wrong bulbs…two weeks no response from the return department. Called multiple times no answer. Message

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE !!!!!

"I ordered a replacement part for a microwave over a month ago and paid for FEDEX shipping. I have called and sent chat messages and they just keep reesponding that product is out of stock and they are awaiting shipment stating it will arrive in a few days. BUT the chat is then ended or the call is a hang up without further conversation. Additionally, their returns / order cancelation process DOES NOT WORK. I CAN'T GET A PRODUCT THEY SHOW AS IN STOCK AND THEY WONT PROCESS AN ORDER CANCELLATION. I will have to cancel the order through credit card company.

Again... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'd give them less stars if I could.

"Ordered 4 of the same parts by mistake. Tried to reach them by chat and phone. No one answers and you get voicemail. Don't know why they bother since no one calls back. Trying to return 3 of the parts and can't get anyone to respond to that. Buyer beware!"

"Part was delivered earlier than expected and priced fairly. Aftermarket replacement part fit and seems to be performing well. Website easy to navigate and find the right part. If I need any additional replacement parts I would check with them again."

Their online inventory was a lie but they did refund my purchase in a timely manner when eventually contacted

"I ordered 2 of a part that was shown to be in stock and "typically ships within 1 business days". The price was good. It said shipping would take 2-9 business days. 9 business days later, I had not yet received the item. I checked the order status page and it said that it had not yet shipped. I contacted them through the webpage and they responded that they had an inventory error and that the part was on backorder and expected to be received by them 3 weeks later. They did offer me the opportunity to cancel my order, and I did, and my paypal refund was received quickly that day.

However, the item still showed on their product page as being in stock throughout and after this process. I pointed this out to them. Clearly, they cannot be trusted to show whether an item is in stock, and they did not contact me to tell me that it wasn't.

The BBB page for their store says "BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning failure to deliver customer’s products in a timely manner."
