"After placing an order I researched reviews and started getting scared thinking I had been scammed. Had an issue with the tracking number. Sent an email to customer support and they replied within a day clarifying the issue. Received my order within the estimated delivery window and everything fit perfectly. I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. After this experience I would definitely buy again. Price was over $150 cheaper than the other sites. "

"Purchased a part from them (total was over $100.00) Received the part pretty quickly. Found out it was not the correct part needed so I called to see how I could go about returning it before the 30 days they give you to do returns was up. Was not able to reach anyone over the phone. Went back on their website and filled out the return form and it said someone would be sending an RMA number shortly. Never received the RMA number, called the company multiple times and no answer. I FINALLY was able to chat with someone using their Live Chat option on their website. She was able to get with the returns department to get me an RMA number and the other information I needed to ship the part back to them. I sent the part back the next day. (1/18/22). The part made it to the destination given to me by the company to send the returns to. Still no refund. Called a ton more times, left voicemails, sent numerous emails, tried the live chat again, however, now it says it is currently closed every time.
it is now 3/3/22 and still no refund, no return call, no email. All you people giving this company a good review better hope you never have to return anything to them because you WILL NOT get your money back or even get ahold of them. They should not be able to continue to run their scam of a business."

"I ordered a washer part to be shipped priority overnight for a repair on 1/5/2022. The part did not arrive for 6 days, not their fault and I had already asked for a refund on the overnight cost with no response. The part that was shipped was incorrect from the part they had posted on their website, the valve connections were facing the wrong direction and would not connect to the wiring harness on the machine. I asked for an RMA and was sent all the documentation and a return label. 30+ days later there is no response after 4 emails and 5 phone messages from Appliance Parts 365. The part was delivered and signed for but they will not refund and money from a failed overnight shipping for an incorrect part. I am only leaving one star because it will not let you rate with zero."
