"Ordered a part for my fridge. Paid $8.95 for shipping a small tray. Their site said "in stock" and after choosing the freight option, it said "2-7 days".
After 2 weeks I tried via phone twice and attempted a "live chat". I was UNABLE to get any response from anyone. I was provided with a DHL tracking number which DHL said didn't belong to them.
The part arrived in 20 days. Just unacceptable when you simply cannot reach anyone to answer your status questions. I will pay the extra $3 it would have cost me to use Amazon.com because they ALWAYS perform.
Now, the part does not even fit. Return policy won't let you complete without saying either a)they can "dispose of" (or in my opinion, resell) the part or b) send the wrong part back to you at your expense - again, if they decline to refund your money.
So, you are OUT the shipping to get it, then the shipping to send it back and then 10% restocking fee. What an absolute joke of a company!"

"I ordered an item on Jan 21, 2022. They charged my cc on Jan 22. February 4th I checked my order status and it showed "processing, not shipped". I sent them an email asking for an update, and why after three weeks the items hasn't shipped.
They responded with a canned, pre-made email saying to please be patient. I responded asking why my cc had been charged three weeks ago and that I'd like a human response explaining the delay.
I received an email stating they cancelled my order, and issued a refund. No call, no communication, no explanation, just a cancelled order after having my money for three weeks.
These folks are either the worst business managers ever, or scammers (imagine the interest on charging a couple hundred customer's credit cards and not refunding their money until they complain weeks later).
Either way, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! You've been warned, and you will be sorry."

"I ordered a part which showed as IN STOCK on 12 January 2022. Estimated ship time was 2 - 9 days. I gave it 18 days (considering the current state of the world) and on 30 January 2022 I wrote an E-mail requesting status on the order. I received a response the next day, 31 January, advising they had cancelled my order PER MY REQUEST and refunded my account. I wrote back the same day advising that "nowhere in my correspondence did I request cancellation of this order! I need the switch!" and as of 7 February 2022 have yet to receive a response.
I believe I have been more than patient and allowed time for 'delayed response' per their note on their website. Although they at least refunded my money, which I appreciate if they did not have the part, it would have been nice to know a long time ago that they DID NOT have the part. Further, by saying I cancelled the order when I did not, they now rate as liars and I refuse to do further business with someone like that!"
"I've made two orders, and both were incomplete.
The first order was for Kitchenaid Parts, and one expensive item was missing (had ordered 2, only 1 came)
The second order I made contained more of the same items I didn't receive the first time.
This time those items came, but another item I ordered, only 1 out of 5 was items was delivered.
They don't reply to e-mails and phonecalls never get thru cause of long ques.
I've left my phonenr "after the beep" for a callback, but have yet to hear from them.
I've lost a lot of money on this, stay clear!"
"I bought a control board for my dishwasher, it failed in a week. I followed instructions to arrange for a return of the defective part and it was denied because I supplied the wrong order number. There was no order number given, only a reference number. For 2 weeks I have tried to contact them by phone, email, and chat. No response. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and bought a new part somewhere else. Never again."
"I ordered two fridge door shelves to replace cracked ones in my LG fridge. Price was about 2/3 of what ordering from LG or an authorized reseller would have been. I read all these reviews just after placing my order and was nervous I'd be out $70, but the shelves arrived today (2 weeks after placing the order) and are exactly what I need. There is no difference between them and the original shelves aside from the font of the text printed on the front. Maybe hit or miss, but I'm glad I had a good experience."
